DAY 75 of 75 HARD 😅💪🎊
Finishing the 75 HARD challenge felt like an incredible milestone in both my physical and mental endurance. Over these 75 days, the disciplined routine included two daily workouts, hydration goals, strict diet adherence, and daily reading to build mental resilience. One of the hardest parts was staying consistent every single day without allowing any excuses, especially on days when motivation waned. I tracked every workout, and weightlifting became a crucial part of my routine, helping me build strength and confidence. This challenge pushed me to explore resources like Delavier's Women's Strength Training Anatomy and Dale Carnegie's "How to Win Friends & Influence People," which enriched both my knowledge and mindset during this season. A valuable lesson was learning that success isn’t just about physical improvements but adopting habits that improve overall well-being and mindset. Even on the final day, the sense of accomplishment was overwhelming and made me realize how powerful consistency can be. If you're considering a challenge like this, remember to track your progress meticulously and lean into the mental discipline aspect as much as the physical. The combined challenge of diet, exercise, hydration, and reading creates a holistic transformation that extends well beyond 75 days.
