Soft chocolate cookies baked into mini cups and filled with creamy hot-cocoa mousse — topped with whipped cream, marshmallows, and chocolate drizzle.

🍪 Ingredients (makes 24 mini cups)
Cookie Cups:
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 2 ½ cups flour
• ¾ cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
Hot Cocoa Mousse Filling:
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ½ cup hot cocoa mix
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• ¼ cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
Toppings:
• Whipped cream
• Mini marshmallows
• Chocolate drizzle
• Crushed candy cane (optional)

🎅 Instructions
1️⃣ Make Cookie Cups
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix butter + sugar + brown sugar. Beat until fluffy.
3. Add eggs + vanilla.
4. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
5. Roll dough into balls and place in a greased mini muffin pan.
6. Bake 8–10 mins.
7. While hot, press the center of each cookie with a small spoon to form a cup.
8. Let cool completely.

2️⃣ Make Hot Cocoa Mousse
1. Whip heavy cream until fluffy.
2. In another bowl, mix cream cheese + powdered sugar + vanilla + hot cocoa mix.
3. Fold whipped cream into the mixture.
4. Pipe the mousse into the cooled cookie cups.
