This is what PCOS looks like.

... Read morePolycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) affects many women worldwide, leading to a range of symptoms and emotional struggles. From irregular periods to weight management issues, understanding PCOS is crucial for effective diagnosis and management. Women often deal with feelings of isolation, particularly when faced with fertility issues related to PCOS. It’s important to raise awareness about these emotional hurdles. Engaging with the PCOS community can provide support; online forums and support groups are great resources for sharing experiences and advice. Additionally, medical professionals emphasize the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to managing PCOS effectively. Lifestyle changes, including exercise and a balanced diet, can significantly impact symptom management and emotional well-being. Regular check-ups and consultations with healthcare professionals can help women better understand their condition and explore treatment options, leading to improved quality of life. By fostering open discussions about PCOS, we can break the stigma surrounding it and encourage women to seek help and support when needed.

I have PCOS and found out 4 years ago. Considering I already have 2 sons, that I had in my teen and early 20s. And was told I wouldn’t be able to have any more kids. Now here I am 31 weeks pregnant with my 3rd son. Anything is possible believe you can, that man above will do it. I’m sending you my baby dust ✨

My sister-in-law has PCOS and I was there with her every single time she took a negative pregnancy test and you're absolutely right the emotional side of it is just gut-wrenching especially when you're watching somebody go through it. 8 years later she is 31 years old and I now have two beautiful nephews, one who just turned 2 and the other will be 4 in a couple weeks. it's harder to get pregnant but it's possible your day will come just stay strong and believe in yourself in your body and the best of luck.
