Copy Cat Cava Grains Bowl

Chicken: marinade in Greek yogurt (I had vanilla on hand and it was fine), paprika, pepper, chili flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, seasoned salt. Marinaded for a few hours

Pita chips: fry in peanut oil, toss in a bowl with salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano

Harissa vinaigrette: 10oz harissa, 1/2 cup red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp oregano, 2 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp chili powder, 1/2 tbsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp cayenne, 2 tsp cumin, dash of salt - mix together in a food processor & refrigerate

Rice: instant jasmine rice, cooked per box instructions on stovetop.

Avocado: half

Corn: frozen roasted corn, cooked per package instructions in oven. Sprinkle salt & pepper when done

I do like to add crispy wontons on top but I burnt mine!
