new meal obsession

#fallfood #lemon8challenge

let me start off by saying, I’m new to this whole cooking thing 😂

recently I’ve been loving spaghetti squash as a healthy and filling dinner (it also leaves me with a lot of leftovers)! I change up the recipe each time adding different veggies in or making a different type of sauce. you can also change what meat you use, today I used ground turkey!

i love posting food I’m making/things I’ve ordered so I hope you enjoy!

do you get leftovers?? I can be kinda picky about which leftovers I’ll eat 😂

It pairs wonderfully with various sauces, from tomato-based to creamy ones, and can accommodate different types of meat, making it a fantastic choice for diverse dietary preferences. Beyond spaghetti squash, consider exploring other seasonal produce that can complement your dishes, such as roasted vegetables or salads. Fall also brings an abundance of flavors like pumpkin, which can be used in soups or baked goods. I recently tried spaghetti squash for the first time. I was surprised how much I liked it. I made a home made Alfredo sauce to go with it. It was so good. If you haven’t tried it, you should!

I really want to try for spaghetti squash. How does it taste?? When you cut it in half for one serving. How long does the other side last?
