จากประสบการณ์ตรงในการลาออกกะทันหัน ผมพบว่าบางครั้งอาจเกิดสถานการณ์ที่ไม่สามารถแจ้งล่วงหน้าได้ เช่น เหตุฉุกเฉินทางครอบครัวหรือปัญหาสุขภาพ เมื่อเผชิญเหตุการณ์แบบนี้ สิ่งสำคัญคือควรสื่อสารกับนายจ้างให้ชัดเจนและตรงไปตรงมา แม้ว่าจะไม่ได้เขียนใบลาออกตามระเบียบ แต่ควรแจ้งเหตุผลและพยายามส่งมอบงานให้เรียบร้อย จากที่ได้ศึกษากฎหมายแรงงานและประสบการณ์การทำงานของเพื่อนๆ หลายคน แม้ว่าลาออกกะทันหันจะไม่ได้ทำตามขั้นตอนปกติ นายจ้างก็ยังต้องคืนค่าประกันการทำงานให้ลูกจ้างภายใน 7 วันตามกฎหมาย และหากนายจ้างไม่คืนจะต้องเสียดอกเบี้ย 15% ต่อปีซึ่งเป็นเรื่องที่ผู้ลาออกควรทราบเพื่อปกป้องสิทธิของตนเอง ในกรณีที่นายจ้างพยายามหักลบค่าประกันกับค่าเสียหายจากการลาออกไม่ถูกต้องตามขั้นตอน ลูกจ้างสามารถร้องเรียนกับกรมสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงานได้ นอกจากนี้เพื่อป้องกันความขัดแย้ง ควรมีการบันทึกการสื่อสารทั้งรูปแบบข้อความหรืออีเมลไว้เป็นหลักฐาน สุดท้าย ผมขอแนะนำว่า การลาออกควรพยายามทำตามระเบียบ ลาออกแบบแจ้งล่วงหน้าและทำงานส่งมอบอย่างครบถ้วน เพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและป้องกันปัญหาทางกฎหมายที่อาจตามมา โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเมื่อมีกรณีจำเป็นต้องลาออกกะทันหัน การประสานงานและอธิบายเหตุผลอย่างชัดเจนจะช่วยให้ทุกฝ่ายเข้าใจและลดความตึงเครียดได้มากขึ้น
