When I was first getting started in the gym, cardio was definitely one of the hardest things to be consistent with, especially when I was in a rush to get to class. But here are two routines that have helped me to build endurance and stay consistent with cardio after every workout!

Incorporating cardio workouts into your college routine can be challenging, but with a bit of planning, you can maintain your fitness goals. One great option is the treadmill routine: start with a 5-minute warm-up at speed 3.0, followed by 5 minutes at speed 3.5, an incline of 8, and then 5 minutes for cooldown at speed 3.3 and incline of 2. Repeat this sequence 3-4 times for an effective session. Another fantastic routine is the StairMaster workout. Begin with 5 minutes at a speed of 6, then increase to 8 for 5 minutes, and finally challenge yourself with 5 minutes at speed 10. Aim to repeat this circuit 2-3 times. Both routines are designed to maximize your cardiovascular endurance while fitting into a busy college schedule. Stay consistent and you'll notice significant improvements in your fitness!
