hi guys! come workout my legs with me! these exercises are perfect for students who have limited time on their hand and limited equipment. these exercises can be done with things found around your dorm, apartment, etc.

things to ensure while working out:

- make sure to stretch before and after working out! it is important to prevent injury and keeping your muscles healthy

- hydrate! you lose so much fluids when exercising through sweat so it’s important that you drink lots of fluids and so that you can regulate body temperature

- cardio before workouts will warm up your muscles, increase blood flow, and increase endurance
