Pineapple - not only does the natural acidity help balance our PH, it is filled with water and the natural sugars give you a sweet taste

Watermelon - similar to pineapple it’s full of natural sugars, watermelon is also full of water, and helps flush the body

Cranberries - has a natural acidity that helps balance our PH

Chlorophyll - helps rid of any odors down there (as well as anywhere else on the body)

Water - (NOT THAT PURIFIED WATER) get some natural spring water (Waiakea and Icelandic are my favorite tasting waters. Icelandic also has a ph balance). It flushes you from the inside ridding of toxins and fungi

Kombucha - the apple cider vinegar (NOT REGULAR VINEGAR) helps with your ph and clear toxins, boosts metabolism, fights bloating and prevents constipation

Honey - is an anti fungal, anti-vital, anti-bacterial, prevents allergies and supports good bacteria

Yogurt - is a good probiotic, full of bacteria that’s good for our lady bits

Beyond its natural sweetness, its high water content is super hydrating, and some theories suggest its enzymes (bromelain) might play a role in altering bodily secretions. While the science is still developing, many, including myself, notice a difference! Similarly, watermelon isn't just a juicy treat; it's packed with water and helps flush your system, which can contribute to overall internal cleanliness. Then there are the pH balancers. Cranberries are legendary for supporting urinary tract health, thanks to compounds that prevent bacteria from sticking to the bladder walls, which indirectly supports vaginal pH. And let's not forget the power of probiotics! Yogurt, with its live active cultures, introduces beneficial bacteria that can colonize both your gut and, yes, your vagina, helping to fight off yeast and bacterial imbalances. Kombucha, with its apple cider vinegar base, also brings probiotic benefits that are wonderful for gut health, which is deeply connected to our intimate health.
