Easy caldo de camarón (shrimp soup)
Ingredients: Boil 3 guajillo chiles Blend the following ingredients: 4 tomatoes • A piece of onion 3 garlic cloves • 3-4 chipotle chiles (adjust to your preference. I didn't blend mine because ! already had them blended, plus I was going to split the sauce into a separate pot for my kids)
