Italian Seasoning
16oz butternut squash
4 packed cups of Chopped Kale 🥬
1/4 cup of flour
1/4 cup Cajun Power Chilli Mix
{or 28oz. Diced tomatoes 🍅}
16oz heavy whipping cream

# Instructions
1. Heat the coconut oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chopped onion & garlic. Cook until translucent, about 20min
4. Add the Italian sausage, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks, until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, dried basil, and dried oregano. Stir to combine.
6. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
7. Stir in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
8. Add the cheese-filled tortellini to the pot and cook until they float to the surface, about 3-5 minutes.
9. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
10. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley if desired.
