Healthy habits I maintain as a college student! 🧘‍♀️🍋

Hi everyone! Being in college, I think it is really important to have healthy habits throughout your day. College is a time for growing and personally developing, and I think freshman year really helped me master what is important for me to do in my day to day. First, I try to eat healthy majority of times. I think eating three meals a day is crucial! Drinking water is also something I’ve been trying to work on. Another thing I try to do is get my body moving. Whether it’s a workout at the gym or a simple walk, I like to stay active throughout the day. Another very important habit I have is balancing!! Balance is key when it comes to college. You need to be able to balance your social life with your academic life, but never taking away from your personal well being and self care. And lastly, I like to plan what my day looks like using my planner. Jotting things down helps me to remember all the tasks I have for the day.
