When my skin flares up, or when I'm looking for a gentle everyday cleanse that won't strip my skin's natural barrier, I always turn to these types of formulations. The beauty of goat milk soap lies in its creamy texture and lactic acid content, which acts as a natural exfoliant, gently removing dead skin cells without harsh scrubbing. This can be a game-changer for psoriasis, where skin cell turnover is accelerated, leading to those characteristic silvery scales. Plus, goat milk is rich in vitamins and minerals that nourish the skin, helping to bring back that much-needed moisture. Then there's oatmeal, a classic for sensitive skin.
