Also, employees are encouraged to voice opinions but often remember who spoke up in ways that discourage honest dialogue. Recognizing these contradictions is the first step toward fostering healthier workplace cultures. Drawing from personal experiences, companies can benefit greatly by offering real authority along with responsibility, truly valuing employee contributions, and creating an environment where trust is consistent and visible.
