One of my favorite parts is journaling with the Five Minute Journal. It helps me reflect on gratitude and set clear intentions, which gives me mental clarity and calmness. Next, I enjoy a refreshing shower followed by a dedicated skincare routine. I use products from La Roche-Posay, like the Anthelios sunscreen and Effaclar oil control gel-creme, which are perfect for keeping my skin hydrated yet balanced throughout the day. Applying these with intention adds a moment of mindfulness to my routine. After skincare, I prepare a simple breakfast that fuels me without feeling heavy. This combination of mental and physical care makes me feel ready to take on daily tasks with energy and focus. Finishing off with a light application of makeup, like the Laneige cream, helps me feel polished and confident. Scheduling a 'Do Not Disturb' mindset during this time, similar to the idea of an unwind period until evening, really helps me avoid distractions and be fully present. Whether you're looking to improve your skin, mental wellness, or simply create a morning ritual, integrating steps like journaling, proper skincare, and mindful eating can greatly enhance your start to the day.
