Personalize Your Routine: Identify activities that truly rejuvenate and nourish you, whether it's taking a bubble bath, going for a nature walk, practicing mindfulness, or picking up a hobby. Mine is running and pilates class!

Consistency Over Intensity: Focus on integrating small, consistent self-care practices into your daily or weekly routine rather than sporadic, intense efforts. Even dedicating a few minutes each day to self-care can have a significant impact on your well-being over time. Prioritize self-care as a non-negotiable aspect of your routine, just like eating or sleeping, to maintain balance and resilience amidst life's demands.
