Easy dinner

This is such a fast easy dinner , takes around 30 minutes to make and it’s easy to dress up a bit!

To make it, start by boiling around 2 cups of Rigatoni pasta in salted water until tender.

While the pasta is cooking, add spinach and ~1/4C of your favorite pasta sauce (my favorite lately has been Newman’s own organic marinara) to a frying pan on medium heat. Add salt, pepper, and anything else your heart desires.

When pasta is done, add to pan with spinach and sauce. Add more sauce until you reach your desired texture.

I like to top with shredded Parmesan and some raw spinach. When I have time (and energy) I cook up some chicken to chop and add.

Serves two. Enjoy!
