Healthy Fish Taco Recipe

Fish tacos are a great healthy meal and my recipe doesn’t take very long at all! Simply cut up some cod and mix it with a few simple ingredients. Cook the fish up in just a few minutes and in the meantime make an easy cabbage slaw and heat up some beans.

The beans and corn tortillas are ideal carb sources because they are contain fiber, meaning they help to keep blood sugars in check. Red cabbage is full of antioxidants and Vitamin K too! Fish provides the protein for this meal.
