My biggest piece of advice is to not overextend yourself! It can be easy to join a bunch of clubs, take too many classes, and try to do everything all at once, but your sanity is important and it is always okay to say no 🫶

Use the 1x2 rules, for every time you talk about yourself ask the other person two questions about them For the oversharers/adhd (especially in big groups) this really helped me!! (Helped with recruitment!) people love talking about themselves but also like want approval! Keep showing up to new spaces, it gets easier!
