The Gift of His Presence!
Let’s pray 🙏🏾 and get this day underway♥️!
Hey family! 👋🏾 Have you ever felt that unshakable longing for something, but you couldn’t quite put your finger on it? 🤔 That inner pull toward something GREATER? That’s what David describes in Psalms 27:4. He says, "One thing I ask from the Lord, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life."
David GOT IT! He understood that NOTHING in this world—money, success, relationships, or status—can satisfy the soul like DWELLING in GOD’S PRESENCE 🙌🏾. And whether people realize it or not, EVERY HUMAN SOUL is longing for that same thing. Some just reject it because the flesh fights the spirit. 😬
But here’s the amazing part… GOD’S PRESENCE IS ALREADY HERE! 🙌🏾 Because of JESUS, we don’t have to go to a temple or perform rituals to access Him. His Spirit lives in us! That means we can sit at His feet, hear His voice, and rest in His love ANYTIME, ANYWHERE.
And even when we feel like He’s quiet 🤫, He’s still NEAR. Sometimes, worship is just sitting in His presence, not asking for anything, just enjoying HIM. That’s what our hearts were CREATED FOR!
So today, let’s make room. Let’s lean in. Let’s DWELL in HIS PRESENCE. It’s the greatest gift we have! 🎁💛
