Some of us are skipping spiritual meals 😬. We’re running on EMPTY and trying to function off spiritual “fast food” 🍟—random social media quotes, half-read verses, and wishful thinking 😕. That’s JUNK FOOD. It has ZERO nourishment and no sustaining power.
SPIRITUAL FOOD looks like:
🕊️ Opening your Bible and LETTING IT READ YOU 📖
🙌🏾 Worshiping when nobody's watching 🎧
🙏🏾 Praying boldly and listening for God's voice
🧠 Meditating on Scripture till it becomes part of you
Junk food is entertaining, but it doesn’t EQUIP⚔️. It distracts but doesn’t DELIVER.
Jesus said in John 6:35, “I am the bread of life; the one who comes to Me will not be hungry…” That means your deepest hunger 🧡 isn’t for attention, validation, or fun—it’s for HIM.
So tonight, check your plate 🍽️. Is it FULL of the Word and the Spirit, or is it loaded with fluff and fillers❓
