Before You Start Complaining…Read This!!

Let’s pray 🙏🏾 and get this day underway♥️!

Good morning, my blessed family. ☀️🙏🏾💛

Have you noticed how much NEGATIVITY fills the atmosphere these days? News cycles, social media, conversations at work. Everyone seems to be focused on what is FALLING APART. But Psalm 105:1 reminds believers that our voice should sound different. Our first response is PRAISE. Not because life is perfect, but because God is still FAITHFUL, still PRESENT, and still IN CONTROL. 🙌🏾📖✨🙏🏾

Then the verse says to PROCLAIM HIS NAME. That means we are not just private believers. Our FAITH should be visible and BOLD. When we talk about the GOODNESS OF GOD, we remind people that hope is not found in systems, politics, or people. It is found in JESUS. 🗣️🔥🙏🏾✨

And finally it says to MAKE KNOWN WHAT HE HAS DONE. That is where TESTIMONY comes in. Your story of how God PROVIDED, HEALED, RESTORED, or PROTECTED you may be exactly what someone else needs to hear today. 🌍🙌🏾💛📣

Praise is never meant to stay quiet. It always turns into PROCLAMATION, WITNESS, and MISSION. So today, let’s be people who SPEAK LIFE and DECLARE THE WORKS OF GOD everywhere we go. 🙌🏾✨🙏🏾🔥📖

... Read moreIn my own journey, I've found that starting the day with prayer and praise truly shifts my mindset away from the overwhelming negativity that often saturates our environment. When I focus on the faithfulness and goodness of God, the worries and frustrations seem less daunting, and hope takes root even in difficult times. One thing that has helped me is openly sharing testimonies—real stories about how God has provided, healed, or guided me. These moments of testimony not only encourage others but also reinforce my personal faith. It fosters connection and reminds me that I’m not alone in facing challenges. It’s important to understand that praise isn’t meant to be quiet or private. Being bold in proclaiming God’s name and works allows our faith to be a beacon of light for those around us. Even in secular spaces like workplaces or social gatherings, speaking life and hope can make a profound impact. Additionally, incorporating daily meditation on scriptures such as Psalm 105:1, Jeremiah 29:13, and Mark 5:19 has strengthened my spiritual walk. These verses remind me to seek God earnestly, recognize His power in my life, and share that joy freely. Prayer plays a vital role too; it’s not just a routine but an active engagement with God’s presence that transforms every aspect of the day. The prayer seen in the image, asking for every nation to encounter Jesus powerfully through the Holy Spirit, resonates with me deeply—it’s a reminder of the global community we belong to. By choosing praise over complaints, we invite peace and purpose into our daily lives. This mindset shift can ripple outwards, helping to break the cycle of negativity we often experience in media and conversations. Together, as a community of faith, we can declare goodness, share hope, and live out the mission to spread love and light in our world.

How to Start Journaling Without Overthinking
A lot of people think journaling has to look profound to “count.” Like you’re supposed to suddenly become a wise woodland poet with perfect handwriting and deep revelations every morning before coffee. But most real journaling doesn’t look like that. Sometimes it’s: half a page of compl

Some things I’ve learned as a fiancé, to prepare to have a successful, long lasting, Godly marriage. 1. Something a lot of us woman struggle with is nagging, complaining, gossiping, and just our words in general. It’s so important to watch our words whether it’s talking about our self or how we

When I was in college, I was SO reactive to the people around me. If someone hurt me, I would immediately lash out. I blamed everyone else for how I felt. I thought of myself as damaged goods and would just assume that everyone else felt that way too. It was BAD! It was unhealthy. And it made me ha
