Not Every Convo Deserves A Response!

In my personal journey of faith, I've learned that not every conversation needs a response, especially when discussions challenge my beliefs or come from a place of contention rather than genuine curiosity. It’s tempting to engage and defend, but practicing discernment has been life-changing. The Bible advises us to be ready with answers, yet it emphasizes gentleness and respect—reminding me that our attitude matters as much as our words. I've encountered situations where people dismiss the Bible as just stories or human-made tales, echoing sentiments like "your Bible is just a fake book be blessed of stories written by brother... human cons!" Such remarks can be hurtful or provoke frustration. But I've found that reacting in anger rarely opens doors; instead, it often deepens divides. When faced with these moments, I pause and seek guidance from the Holy Spirit about whether to engage or step back to maintain my peace. Real faith means being rooted in God's truth and reflecting His love, not proving others wrong. Sometimes our calmness and integrity speak louder than any argument. Additionally, walking alongside those who earnestly seek understanding is a privilege, while protecting your spirit from noise is essential for wellbeing. I encourage fellow believers to embrace prayerful discernment (guided by scriptures like Titus 3:9 and Colossians 4:6) to know when to speak and when to stay silent. This balance helps maintain spiritual health and witness, showing others that faith isn’t about winning debates but about embodying grace and truth every day.
