Lately I’ve felt the tug-of-war between visibility and vulnerability.

The part of me that longs to be seen is the same part that fears being misunderstood.

There’s a rhythm to it—a push and pull in the heart field.

I step forward with something true, then feel the urge to hide before it lands.

Not because the truth isn’t ready—but because I’m still learning that I am.

The Codex reminds us: visibility without coherence fractures the field.

But when presence leads the way, visibility becomes service.

It’s no longer about being seen—it’s about being mirrored.

I am learning that all I have to do....is drop the rope - the tug-of-war only happens when I continue to play the role of this against that.....what if it can all exist at the same time - without fear or judgement.

This week, I’m not forcing clarity. I’m letting resonance do the speaking. I am listening....and answering the call.
