We’ve been taught to split everything in two:
good and bad,
right and wrong,
healed and broken,
light and shadow.
But life isn’t asking us to choose sides.
It’s asking us to hold the whole.
In a non-dual world, nothing needs to be rejected for something else to exist.
The clarity doesn’t cancel the confusion.
The strength doesn’t erase the tenderness.
The becoming doesn’t invalidate where you’ve been.
What if this moment — even with its questions, pauses, and contradictions — belongs?
What if growth isn’t about fixing what’s wrong, but about stopping the war inside yourself?
You don’t need to transcend this experience.
You don’t need to label it as failure or success.
You don’t need to rush it into meaning.
You’re allowed to be here — fully, honestly, without division.
Maybe nothing is wrong. Maybe this is what wholeness feels like before we learn how to trust it.
