i hit a wall last october and was forced to face my issues head on. it's not easy, but life has gotten better.

there wasn't a lot of bubble baths, candles, self care nights, face masks, or extensive hygiene routines — instead there was lots of therapy, specified treatments, tears, messy rooms, highs and lows, and crying to defying gravity 100 times
