Even chores felt fulfilling; I actually enjoy doing laundry, finding peace in routine tasks that often bring clarity. In the spirit of Christmas, I also had fun with my pet; Evie received a candy cane from Santa Paws, adding a playful touch to the day’s excitement. After my evening meal, the importance of maintaining a clean space was addressed during a little post-dinner cleaning session, something that I value deeply. Ending the day with a warm shower provided a moment of relaxation, which is truly a joy during colder months. And what better way to wind down than reading the classic "The Christmas Carol"? I had reached the point where the story emphasizes Marley's clear death—a pivotal moment that sets the stage for Scrooge's transformation.
