Dinner โ Salisbury Steak ๐
Apparently my GF has never had a homemade Salisbury Steak ( only Banquet TV dinners ) && she doesnโt like mashed potatoes so I served it with rice instead!! ๐
Salisbury Steak:
โจ 1 lb Ground Beef
โจ 1 Egg
โจ 2 tbl minced Garlic
โจ 2 tbl Soy Sauce
โจ 1/2 cup Panko
โจ Salt, Pepper, Season Salt, Total Seasoning
๐ฅ Mix all ingredients together, separate into 4 equal patties.
๐ฅ Heat oil into a pan & brown patties on both sides, then remove from pan!
โจ 1 cup Beef Broth
โจ 3 tbl Flour
โจ 1/2 thin sliced Onion
โจ Salt, Pepper ( to taste )
๐ฅ After removing patties, using the grease inside the pan, add broth, bring to a simmer
๐ฅ Whish in flour ( if too thick add more broth )
๐ฅ Add in onion slices & bring patties back into the pan
๐ฅ Cover pan and cook about 10 minutes until patties are throughly cooked
