Dinner — Salisbury Steak 🍛

Apparently my GF has never had a homemade Salisbury Steak ( only Banquet TV dinners ) && she doesn’t like mashed potatoes so I served it with rice instead!! 🙃

Salisbury Steak:

✨ 1 lb Ground Beef

✨ 1 Egg

✨ 2 tbl minced Garlic

✨ 2 tbl Soy Sauce

✨ 1/2 cup Panko

✨ Salt, Pepper, Season Salt, Total Seasoning

💥 Mix all ingredients together, separate into 4 equal patties.

💥 Heat oil into a pan & brown patties on both sides, then remove from pan!

✨ 1 cup Beef Broth

✨ 3 tbl Flour

✨ 1/2 thin sliced Onion

✨ Salt, Pepper ( to taste )

💥 After removing patties, using the grease inside the pan, add broth, bring to a simmer

💥 Whish in flour ( if too thick add more broth )

💥 Add in onion slices & bring patties back into the pan

💥 Cover pan and cook about 10 minutes until patties are throughly cooked
