Steak and shrimp dump dinner!
🥩🍤 Steak & Shrimp Dump Dinner Packs 🍤🥩
The easiest dinner with barely any cleanup — just toss everything together, bake, and enjoy a full meal packed with flavor! Perfect for busy nights 🙌
✨ Ingredients:
* 1 lb steak bites (sirloin or ribeye work great)
* 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
* 2 cups broccoli florets
* 2 ears corn, cut into chunks
* 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
* 3 tbsp olive oil
* 4 tbsp melted butter
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
🧂 Seasonings:
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp onion powder
* 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
* 1 tsp Italian seasoning
* Salt & pepper to taste
* Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
🔥 Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. In a large bowl, toss potatoes and corn with olive oil and half the seasonings. Spread onto a foil-lined baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
3. Remove from oven and add broccoli, steak bites, and shrimp to the pan. Drizzle with melted butter and garlic. Sprinkle remaining seasonings evenly over everything.
4. Toss gently to combine.
5. Return to oven and bake another 12–15 minutes, until steak is cooked to your liking, shrimp are pink, and veggies are roasted and tender.
6. Optional: broil 2–3 minutes for extra crisp roasted edges.
