Pork Loin & Brussel Sprouts 🥘

Recipe:

✨ 1 Pork Loin

✨ Sea Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, Chipotle Seasoning, Total Seasoning, Sazon Packet, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder - to taste

✨ Brussel Sprouts

✨ 1 cup Beef Stock

💥 Wash pork loin & pat dry! Then spray with a little oil!

💥 Mix all your seasoning together, put on all side of the loin!

💥 In a cast iron skillet, cook on all sides then place it in the middle of the pan!

💥 Cut brussel sprouts in 1/2 , drizzle with olive oil, season to taste & lay them around the loin!

💥 Cook in a 375° oven for about 30-45 minutes or until brussel sprout are tender!

💥 When everything is fully cooked, remove from pan, put stove on medium heat, add beef stock and boil & scrap the bottom of the pan to make a jus!!
