Itโ€™s literally 34ยฐ in Atlanta && I want soup!! ๐Ÿฅถ I went through the whole kitchen to find what ingredients I could come up with && this is what I made!!

I also had some left over chunky chicken gravy, I ended up tossing into on the pot to make it a little more โ€œmeatierโ€ ๐Ÿ˜‹

Ingredients:

โœจ 1lb Ground Beef

โœจ 2 tbl Minced Garlic

โœจ 1 Onion ( small diced )

โœจ 1 Yellow Bell Pepper ( small diced )

โœจ 3 Potatoes ( peeled & small diced )

โœจ 2 cups Mixed Veggies

โœจ 3 tbl Better Than Bouillon

โœจ Water

โœจ Slurry ( equal parts cornstarch & water )

โœจ 1/3 cup Sour Cream

โœจ Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Basil, Italian Seasoning, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, Ground Ginger โ€” to taste

๐Ÿ’ฅ In a large pot, brown ground beef & add garlic

๐Ÿ’ฅ Add in all veggies & cook til translucent

๐Ÿ’ฅ Add in the better than bouillon & enough water to cover everything, cook until boiling

๐Ÿ’ฅ Make a slurry & add in a little of a time until you reach your desired thickness

๐Ÿ’ฅ Cook on medium heat until potatoes are softened!

๐Ÿ’ฅ Stir in sour cream & season to taste!!

I love a good chowder. I usually get clam chowder.this this recipe is definitely different and unique. Iโ€™ve never thought about adding ground beef to my chowder. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Iโ€™ll have to give this a try.
