Chowder 🍲

It’s literally 34° in Atlanta && I want soup!! 🥶 I went through the whole kitchen to find what ingredients I could come up with && this is what I made!!

I also had some left over chunky chicken gravy, I ended up tossing into on the pot to make it a little more “meatier” 😋

Ingredients:

✨ 1lb Ground Beef

✨ 2 tbl Minced Garlic

✨ 1 Onion ( small diced )

✨ 1 Yellow Bell Pepper ( small diced )

✨ 3 Potatoes ( peeled & small diced )

✨ 2 cups Mixed Veggies

✨ 3 tbl Better Than Bouillon

✨ Water

✨ Slurry ( equal parts cornstarch & water )

✨ 1/3 cup Sour Cream

✨ Salt, Pepper, Thyme, Basil, Italian Seasoning, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, Ground Ginger — to taste

💥 In a large pot, brown ground beef & add garlic

💥 Add in all veggies & cook til translucent

💥 Add in the better than bouillon & enough water to cover everything, cook until boiling

💥 Make a slurry & add in a little of a time until you reach your desired thickness

💥 Cook on medium heat until potatoes are softened!

💥 Stir in sour cream & season to taste!!
