Gingerbread Cookie Cake 🍪🎄

I wanted to make gingerbread men, but I didn’t have the cookie cutters & I didn’t feel like trying to cut out eat man using a knife! The next best thing… A gingerbread cookie cake with a chocolate cream cheese gingerbread man!! I think he’s cute even though he doesn’t really have a neck 😅 Great idea for a party!!

Ingredients:

✨ 2 stick Butter

✨ 1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

✨ 1/2 cup Sugar

✨ 1 Egg

✨ 2 tsp Vanilla

✨ 2 1/2 cup AP Flour

✨ 2 tsp Baking Powder

✨ 1/2 tsp Salt

✨ 2 tsp Ground Ginger

✨ 1 tsp Cinnamon

✨ 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Seasoning

💥 In a mixer, beat butter & sugars together

💥 Add in egg & vanilla, mix until combined

💥 In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder & seasonings

💥 Stir dry ingredients into the butter/ sugar mixture until everything is incorporated

💥 Line a cake pan with parchment paper, put the dough in & pack as even as possible ( I put another sheet of parchment paper on top to press down until it was leveled )

💥 Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes

💥 Fully cool before decorating
