Ingredients:

✨ 1 cup Sugar

✨ 3/4 cup Vegetable Oil

✨ 3 Eggs

✨ 3/4 cup milk

✨ 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

✨ 1/2 tsp Vinegar

✨ 1/4 cup Sour Cream

✨ 2 tbl Vanilla

✨ Red Food Coloring

✨ 2 cups Flour

✨ 1 tbl Cocoa Powder

✨ 1 tsp Baking Powder

✨ 1/4 tsp Baking Soda

✨ 1/4 tsp Salt

💥 In a stand mixer, beat sugar & vegetable oil

💥 Add in milk, eggs, vinegar, lemon juice, sour cream, vanilla, & food coloring!

💥 In a separate bowl mix together all dry ingredients then add to batter, don’t overmix!!

💥 Scoop into muffin tin

💥 Bake on 350° for 16 minutes

Frosting Ingredients:

✨ 8 oz Cream Cheese

✨ 2 tbl Cocoa Powder

✨ 4 cups Powdered Sugar

✨ Heavy Cream

💥 Beat in a mixer until combined! ( if too thick add a tablespoon of heavy cream at a time, if too thin add more powdered sugar )
