Banana Bread Cookies 🍌🍞🍪

There were a few very ripe bananas hanging out on our counter🍌…. What a perfect opportunity for banana bread, but make them cookies 🥰🍪 && the added sweetness from the glaze 👩🏽‍🍳💋

This recipe makes about 26 cookies ( && they all will be eaten tonight) 😅

Banana Bread Cookies:

✨ 1 cup Butter ( softened )

✨ 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

✨ 1/2 cup White Sugar

✨ 2 tsp Vanilla

✨ 2 tsp Baking Soda

✨ 2 tsp Cinnamon

✨ 3 Ripe Bananas

✨ 4 cups AP Flour

✨ Cinnamon Sugar

💥 Preheat oven to 350°

💥 In a mixing bowl, beat butter & sugars together

💥 Add in vanilla, baking soda, cinnamon & bananas

💥 Mix in flour

💥 Scoop & place on a parchment lined baking sheet

💥 Sit in fridge for 30 minutes

💥 Remove from fridge & press each cookie into cinnamon sugar

💥 Bake for 15-17 minutes

💥 Let fully cool before adding the glaze

Glaze:

✨ 1 cup Powdered Sugar

✨ 2 tbl Milk

💥 Mix powdered sugar & milk together! ( if too thin then add more powdered sugar, if too thick then add more milk )
