Easy to make Valentine’s Day Vegg Salad idea

Hey everyone here’s me showing you a bit of my cooking skills . I was craving for this. My mom used to do it on special occasions.

Ingredients:

-Potatoes

-Carrots

- 1/2 cup of peas (optional)

- 1 small onion

-About 1 cup of mayonnaise

-Salt and pepper to taste

My High Protein Loaded Egg Salad
Only issue I have with this egg salad is when I make it, it doesn’t last past the day!! It’s so good and great with almond crackers or toast or by the spoon full. Loaded with protein the perfect snack or meal whatever floats your boat save this post and let me know what you think if you try it.
