As a PCOS girly i have to do what works for me so I mixed this combination of pull-downs and 15min of stair master after lifting. I classify this as A LISS workout because I am lifting heavy but I am not moving fast while doing my reps that’s the key! Mind to muscle connection is what will help you see results almost instantly

it’s helping tone and shape my back. While I’m on this journey I learned the hard way that you can’t forget about back day 🤧😂 💕

It's crucial for individuals with PCOS or anyone aiming for a comprehensive fitness journey to focus on back exercises, which often get overlooked. By utilizing a mix of high-rep resistance training and low-intensity steady-state (LISS) cardio, such as using a stair master, you can optimize muscle engagement while minimizing excess strain on your body. Aim for a connection between your mind and your muscles; this cognitive engagement during workouts will help to increase effectiveness and results. Remember to balance heavier lifting with appropriate rest periods and to maintain a consistent workout schedule to truly benefit from your back day routines. Achieving a balanced workout not only improves your back's appearance but also supports better overall health.
