Pushing 400lbs… to thriving!

There was a time I was pushing 400lbs… and miserable.

What most people don’t realize is how heavy that really feels. Getting winded walking across the room. Avoiding chairs because I wasn’t sure if they’d hold me. Saying “no” to my kids more times than I could ever count, not because I wanted to, but because my body simply couldn’t keep up. The mental weight was just as crushing as the physical.

But I didn’t stay there. I made the decision to fight for me. I found a system that helped me quiet the constant food noise, balance my body from the inside out, and give me the energy to actually live again. (Yes, supplements are part of my journey and they’ve been a game-changer!)

Fast forward to today: I’ve dropped the weight, but more than that…I’ve gained my life back. I can run. I can ride on the back of a motorcycle with my husband. I can say “yes” to my kids without hesitation. My health, my mood, my energy… all transformed.
