Cut your sugars eat normal meals like your proteins, greens, etc. Then you could transition into a stricter diet. Example: you usually always listen to slow jazzy music and then your bestfriend switches quickly to rock and roll. You’re going to feel some type of way. Like it’s not really functional in your brain. (Maybe you might like rock and roll but this just an example 😭)
