My recent trip to Aruba was an absolute dream, and it truly lived up to its nickname, 'One Happy Island.' For anyone planning a visit, finding these signs is a must-do photo opportunity. There are actually a few around the island, but the most famous one, often depicted with a person floating in water, is a vibrant welcome to happiness. You'll often find one in Oranjestad, the capital, and others strategically placed near popular serene beach scenes, giving you that perfect postcard moment. It's more than just a sign; it's a symbol of the island's warm hospitality and the incredible atmosphere that makes every visitor feel instantly at ease. When you pose for your "kisses from Aruba" shot, you'll know exactly what I mean – it's pure bliss! Beyond the famous sign, Aruba embodies 'one happy island' in so many ways. The pristine, sun-kissed beaches with their gentle waves are breathtaking, especially at dusk when the sky paints itself in soft purples and oranges. Our resort, the Divi All Inclusive, was so beautiful, and the pool was soo nice, offering a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. The resort grounds were dotted with vibrant red-flowered trees, adding to the tropical paradise feel. And let's talk about the food! Every meal was an adventure, and I even found what I'd call the 'best dessert ever' – a delightful treat that definitely makes my top 5. The local cuisine is fantastic, and the friendly faces you meet everywhere just add to the overall joyous vibe.
