Heart failure at the age of 41

I was diagnosed with heart failure in 2023, and I've been learning my new self.And just going one day at a time, some days it's easy some days.It's not.... So here.

I share my journey and my family. My husband, my kids, and my dogs help me keep going each day. I am learning to love myself each day and do more for myself each day. And I know I deserve it.
