These last couple of weeks have been the hardest to endure. Watching my old home, Los Angeles, endure all the madness with ICE ... to watching someone I love so much fight for his life. My heart is heavy.
I'm a first generation daughter. A proud daughter of immigrants who came here with a dream, like many do, to build an amazing life. Yes - my parents are legal NOW. But this doesn't change the battles they had to endure nor will we ever forget them.
And to my loved one... I'm so happy that the universe has allowed us to have more time together. Seeing you fight for your life was one of the worst things I've had to endure. The closest person I've ever lost was my grandfather and I still cry for him...
2025 has been a hard year and we're barely in the middle of it. I try to remind myself to enjoy the little things - the laughs, the hugs, the moments of happiness, but I can't help but feel guilty sometimes. So I wanted to share today. Not recommendations for places to go, but instead on how I'm feeling.
Wishing you all a beautiful day and to remember to enjoy the moments - big or small 💕

Sharing these emotions can promote healing and understanding, ultimately leading to richer relationships.
So, let us take a moment this Sunday to honor our feelings and the shared humanity that binds us all. Embrace your emotions, reach out to loved ones, and cherish those beautiful little moments that make life worthwhile.
