Sometimes, parenthood looks like this. So grateful for all of it, but especially for these precious moments 🥹❤️🙌 elhamdlellah

If you see any good from my children, please make a duaa for their father first who engrained the importance of prayer in all of us, and for me for trying to keep up and reinforce his example.

If you see goodness in the character of my children, first make a duaa for their grandparents as they laid the seeds in their parents.

May our children remain steadfast and continue to grow and fill this world with all that is good ya rab ❤️🙏

... Read moreParenthood is truly a journey filled with countless precious moments that often go unappreciated in the rush of daily life. Reflecting on these moments through a spiritual lens adds a deeper layer of meaning and gratitude. From personal experience, I’ve found that embracing the values instilled by the previous generations, like the importance of prayer and good character, fosters a nurturing environment for children to flourish. These values are often passed down not just through words but through consistent actions and examples set by parents and grandparents. It’s important to recognize that the goodness we see in children is often the result of a collective effort—a legacy of love and guidance passed through family. By making duaa (prayers) for parents and grandparents, we acknowledge their critical role in shaping the character and faith of the next generation. This spiritual practice also brings comfort and encourages mindfulness in parenting. Additionally, nurturing a child’s steadfastness in faith and morals amid today’s fast-paced world can be challenging. However, remaining grateful for even the small victories and special moments helps sustain parents emotionally and spiritually. Celebrating these moments publicly, like sharing heartfelt reflections and prayers, also connects us with a wider community that values growth, resilience, and goodness. Incorporating consistent prayer and fostering a supportive family atmosphere, where children feel loved and guided, helps build a solid foundation for their future. It’s a continuous effort to keep alive the seeds planted by previous generations, ensuring that the children grow up with strength, kindness, and purpose to contribute positively to the world.
