I found it helpful to ask myself questions inspired by reflective prompts, such as: "What am I missing by focusing on what's ahead?" or "What simple joys can I be grateful for right now?" These questions opened my eyes to overlooked moments of happiness and brought clarity during stressful periods. Focusing on three simple joys daily helped reframe my mindset to appreciate small victories and blessings. Mindfulness isn't always about grand gestures. Sometimes, just noticing the warmth of the candle's flame or the texture of the journal page can ground you in reality. This kind of mindfulness practice aligns beautifully with intentional living, making each moment richer and more fulfilling. Plus, journaling acts as a powerful tool to understand your emotions and track your growth over time. If you ever feel overwhelmed, take a moment to light a candle, open your journal, and answer those reflective questions.
