Grounding Mastery

Please keep in mind there are hundreds of ways to ground. You do not need to limit to the lists that I shared yesterday. The possibilities , and combinations of ways, are endless. I just wanted to ensure that these got out at least with the recent Blood Moon (Full Moon), Lunar Eclipse and the 9/9/9 Portal today. I hadn't mentioned it before, but we also had the Epsilon Perseids meteor shower peak this morning 8 am Eastern Standard Time. We have two more meteor showers this month. The rare Chi Cygnids meteor shower on September 13-15, 2025 and the South Taurids which becomes active September 23, 2025. Today's meteor shower could have been difficult to see due to the brightness of the full moon. Each of these events (full moon, eclipses, 9/9/9 portal and meteor showers all can give extra reasons to ground).

No reason for paranoia, or doomsday, mindset. We can all navigate (most of what I had shared in regard to grounding are even free to do) these natural events with ease and grace. Many of these csn be done in less than five minutes a day.

The crazy thing about it, many of these ways to ground are already a part of our everyday life and we do not consider them woo-woo or esoteric. We just know that we enjoy it and it makes us feel calm and peaceful.

Other examples are becoming totally absorbed into music, or art, of your choice. Keep in mind some people find peace with Mozart, while it may agitate another. Same token another may find comfort with AC/DC, or Metallica, yet to another that may seem like torture. We all run on different energetic makeup frequencies and have specific coding to our blueprints. Individually adjusting for you will help maximize the success in efficiency and effectiveness.

Aso think about the combinations of grounding. It does not have to be deeply planned out or contrived. An example is with gardening. Count how many ways that I am grounding here in this short account: "I walk outside to do the weeding of my flowerbeds. I slip off my shoes so I can feel the morning dew between my toes before I sit in the grass. The warmth of the sun felt good on my skin. I reached forward and began to pull the weeds out of the sand dirt (I live near the beach). The grains broke free from the roots of the weeds, cascading down my hands before settling back down onto the ground. After ten minutes, I walk barefoot into the house to grab my phone and a tall glass of water. I periodically took drinks of the water as I found myself rhythmically keeping pace with the music with each new weed that I pulled. I smiled at the butterflies that kept dancing in the air on the rosebush next to me, because it reminded me of my mother, and grandmother, who both passed. What normally would have been hours, I completed in half the time. I contributed that to the fact that I was enjoying the beautiful day and listening nastostalgically to my old favorite songs that I had not heard in a decade".

I found 12 accounts of grounding here. How many did you find? Grounding does not have to be separate than living our everyday day life physical reality. It is just about recognizing those patterns that we do everyday that brings us that inner peace and calm. Because it is then we have more tools at our disposal, a reflexive go to plan, for when we desperately need to ground.

We Master the Art of Grounding when we are so aligned that it does not perceive to be separate. It no longer is just recognizing what brings us that inner peace, or even being able to call upon it on demand. True Mastery is when this becomes as reflexive as breathing. It has just become who you are and not just what you do. To that I would say, "BRAVO"!!!

... Read moreGrounding is an ancient practice that helps us reconnect with the earth and find peace amidst the chaos of modern life. While the original article highlights grounding during significant celestial events such as the Blood Moon, Lunar Eclipse, 9/9/9 Portal, and meteor showers like the Epsilon Perseids, Chi Cygnids, and South Taurids, it’s important to appreciate how these cosmic phenomena naturally invite us to center ourselves. Meteor showers, for example, are visual reminders of the universe’s vastness and cycles of energy shifts. When observing or even being aware of these occurrences, grounding can help ease any anxiety about change or uncertainty. By focusing on sensory experiences—feeling the ground beneath your feet, enjoying the warmth of the sun, or the coolness of morning dew—you create a mindful state that filters through any cosmic chaos. Beyond those moments, grounding incorporates simple everyday actions that many overlook. Whether it’s absorbing yourself in music—whether classical like Mozart or energetic rock like AC/DC—or engaging fully in creative outlets like painting or gardening, these activities help regulate your energy and emotional state. The personal example of gardening shows how multiple aspects of grounding can blend seamlessly: tactile sensations (bare feet touching grass and dirt), auditory rhythms (music synchronizing with weeding), and visual connections (butterflies evoking fond memories). To truly master grounding is to reach a state where these practices become instinctive and ingrained, like the breath you take effortlessly. The attainment of such mastery allows anyone to navigate even the most intense energetic portals and celestial events with grace and calm. For those new to grounding, start small and customize the experience to your energetic preferences. Notice what environments, sounds, or tactile experiences bring you peace, and incorporate them daily. As the article suggests, grounding doesn’t require lengthy rituals—it can take less than five minutes, yet provide profound benefits for mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual alignment. In essence, grounding is not just a set of techniques but an integrated lifestyle choice that deepens your connection to the earth and the cosmic rhythms influencing us all. Embrace the flow of natural events like meteor showers and full moons as invitations to deepen your practice and discover renewed peace within your daily life.
