Here’s one I found, don’t know if it’s this persons or not: Strawberry 7UP Cake Ingredients Cake * 1 box (15.25 oz) strawberry cake mix * 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix * 4 large eggs, room temperature * 1 cup 7UP (room temperature) * ¾ cup vegetable oil * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * ½ teaspoon almond extract (optional but delicious) * Butter and flour (or baking spray) for the pan Homemade Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients * 8 oz cream cheese, softened * ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened * 3½–4 cups powdered sugar * ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries, finely crushed into powder (best for flavor without making the frosting runny) * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract * Pinch of salt * 1–2 tablespoons heavy cream or milk (if needed) Optional: Fold in ¼ cup finely diced fresh strawberries just before frosting if serving the same day. ⸻ Directions 1.
