MM2 tips and tricks/murd round
As an avid MM2 player, I’ve found that mastering the murd rounds hinges on a combination of map knowledge, strategic movement, and timing your actions carefully. One key tip is always to keep Shift Lock enabled. It provides better control, especially during quick chases or escapes. When playing the murderer role, it’s crucial to scout high-traffic and hiding spots early—places like the Factory’s secret rooms or ladders often hold valuable players hiding or preparing attacks. I always recommend players look for AFK opponents at the start because they can unexpectedly become threats later in the round. Using the Ghost feature smartly can help you track opponents without alerting them. For example, pro players often ghost outside or near vents and sewer areas to safely assess the situation before moving in. Don't hesitate to circle back on the map if you sense something off or hear gunshots; this situational awareness can make the difference between winning or losing. Another personal experience: the sheriff role is powerful, especially if you maintain control of the main paths and keep an eye on mini skins—these can sometimes have inconsistent hitboxes and disrupt the game's flow. I’m hopeful future updates balance these to make gameplay smoother for everyone. Lastly, in multiplayer matches, communication and observation matter more than rushing. Take your time to check rooms, corners, and high places (like roofs or ladders) since skilled players use these areas for ambushes or hiding. With these combined tactics, my win rate in murd rounds improved significantly, and I enjoy the challenge even more now.
