Creamy Jalapeño Popper Chicken Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

- 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/2 cup chopped pickled jalapeños

- 1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon

- 1/2 cup bread crumbs

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1 lb pasta of your choice

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/4 cup butter

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, pickled jalapeños, bacon, and shredded chicken. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the milk and stir until well combined. Slowly add the Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the sauce over the chicken mixture and stir until everything is coated. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and stir until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs with a little melted butter and sprinkle the mixture over the top of the pasta.
