Replying to @isabela.c044 strange you insult me, yet you follow me 🤔 you could’ve been a kind & uplifting fellow gym girl & stuck around to learn… but instead you said this. so you will not have access to my advice anymore✨

Dealing with negativity in the gym community can be challenging, especially when you're working hard on your fitness journey. From personal experience, it’s important to recognize that your progress is exactly that—yours. Nobody should have the power to make you feel 'too much' or unworthy of respect because of how dedicated you are. I’ve seen and felt how some interactions in online fitness spaces can start off encouraging but sometimes turn sour when people become disrespectful or critical without reason. What always helped me was focusing on those who genuinely want to learn, grow, and support each other. It’s healthy to set boundaries; if someone is being a 'nasty hater' instead of a supportive peer, it’s absolutely okay to block or distance yourself from them. Protecting your mental health and motivation is just as important as the physical training itself. Furthermore, sharing advice and tips is a wonderful way to uplift fellow gym enthusiasts. However, the value in advice is greatly diminished if it's met with hostility. Encouraging kindness goes a long way, so I recommend fostering communities or following accounts where there’s mutual respect and positive reinforcement. Remember, your fitness progress is a personal journey, and your body—and efforts—are never "too much." Embrace your strength and keep surrounding yourself with people who inspire growth and upliftment. This mindset helps create a vibrant, supportive #womensfitness and #gymgirls community, where everyone can thrive and celebrate each other’s successes.
