Let’s reset together in 2025! 🌸

If you’re like me, the holidays have your entire schedule messed up and you’re giving into more sweet treat & drinks, and not moving as much as you should. This is part of my January plan for getting myself back on track in 2025 (WITHOUT buying another supplement bundle or gym membership):

1️⃣ Take a walk during the sunrise OR sunset.

Not only are you getting movement in, but you’re also soaking up the benefits of sunlight syncing. Think of it as a daily reset for your hormones—and it feels amazing! If you can’t walk during these times, walk after your heaviest meal.

2️⃣ Switch up your fasting schedule (or skip it altogether for 7 days).

Instead, start your day with a high-protein breakfast within an hour of waking up. Struggling with appetite in the morning? A Proffee (protein coffee) or a quick protein shake works wonders!

3️⃣ Block blue light after sunset.

Turn down the brightness on your phone or TV, or grab some orange/red-tinted blue blockers (I’ll drop a link to my favorites in the comments). Syncing your internal clock with the natural light cycle can make a huge difference in your sleep quality!
