I made pickles!
And they’re super easy too.
• Pickling cucumbers
• Chopped green onions
• Fresh dill
• Mustard seed
• Salt & pepper
• Fill until everything is covered with half water, half vinegar…or more vinegar if you like extra bite
Everything is to taste. Simply let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, but the longer the better.
Best part, it’s low FODMAP for my sensitive tummy friends 🥹

so so fun!! 🥰 is there a difference between using smaller cucumbers than the bigger?? personally I love any of the smaller cucumbers, but my family prefers the bigger ones!
